Prom From Hell - Part 3

(Part 1 from 1. Fiction.)

Mr. Pinkard was pissed as I walked in his door and sat down. "So I guess our last conversation isn't going to happen." I look at him and say "Nope, not going to happen. I can't be replaced, because if you try to replace me as Starting Quarterback and Team Captain, the lawyer that notarized my contract will sue you and I will be the one left standing smiling, because I won."

Mr. Pinkard looked at me and said "Your expelled, effective immediately. Now go gather your books and leave before I call the cops." I look at him "See you in court." I leave slamming the door so hard the glass breaks and so does the surrounding glass windows in the office. As I go to my locker to collect my things all hell broke loose when asshole attacked me, I let loose a bunch of fight combos and he was down instantly, but no sooner than I got finished with him that his friends attacked me and then.. I came to at the hospital and saw Gina. "man, am I glad your okay." she says. "So is asshole and his dicks in custody?" I ask. "Wait, what did you just say?" my mom says as she entered the room.

So I fill them in on all that happened, with the Assembly, to the threats from the school board and Mr. Pinkard expelling me, because I wouldn't say that I was joking about being gay and the attack in the hallway. "But we can still win I have a contract in place, just for such as this." I tell them. "Contract, what contract?" both Gina and my mom say in unison.

"The coach thought that Daniel Vance might do something to get me off the team, so he worked up a contract that protects me as Starting Quarterback and as Team Captain, that if I'm expelled for something I didn't do or for some stupid shit, then the contract serves as grounds for suing the school." They both look at me and my mom say's "Wow, so we can fight this." Just as she said this two cops come in and one asks "Are you Aidan Massett?" "Yes sir, what can I do for you?" I ask them.

"Aidan Massett You have the right to remain silent and refuse to answer questions. Anything you say may be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to consult an attorney before speaking to the police and to have an attorney present during questioning now or in the future. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you before any questioning if you wish. If you decide to answer questions now without an attorney present, you will still have the right to stop answering at any time until you talk to an attorney.

Knowing and understanding your rights as I have explained them to you, are you willing to answer my questions without an attorney present?" As I'm in the back of the squad car I can't believe my happiest day turned into a nightmare. I can only think of one person with this much pull and that's the Vance's.
