The day after my trip to the slave wrestling arena, I returned to the mining pit. After finishing work I joined Kwaku for our training session, and told him about my visit to the slave wrestling arena. I told him what Kimo had said about my ability, and that I could defeat most of the wrestlers at the arena. He was thrilled to hear what Kimo said, and pointed to his training and refusal to let me get by easily.
Kwaku said he was going to push my training even further and more intense. At the end of our session, we were both exhausted and I just lay there. Kwaku grabbed me by the feet and dragged me to the hosing area, where he turned the hose on me and blasted my crotch area. I won’t say it really hurt, but it was very uncomfortable. I jumped up and rushed at Kwaku, but he stopped me by going into his boxing stance. We had a good laugh, then I got dressed and returned to the top.
My free day Orsty and I returned to Kimo’s gym, and I had my scheduled match with Ospee. He commented on my increased stamina, and my ability to stay with him. Even with all that, I still couldn’t defeat Ospee.
I talked with Kimo and talked him into taking Orsty and I to the slave wrestling arena the following week. He wondered why I wanted to return so soon, because he said he wasn’t impressed. He pointed out again that he thought I could take most of the wrestlers, and that none of them would have a chance against Ospee
I returned to the pit the next day, and after finishing my workday, I joined Kwaku for our usual training session. I told him what Ospee had told me about my progress, which pleased him. I told him about my scheduled trip to the slave wrestling arena with Orsty and Kimo. He laughed about my getting hooked on wrestling, and my fascination with all things wrestling.
I finished my training session, cleaned up, and returned to the top. At home I helped Orsty get things ready for our meal, and give him an update on my progress with Kwaku.
