Hey I'm the first post...........This story, made me feel so different from the other one's. I'm glad to see that this story was taken from chris's perspective, it gives us a view of what his life is like. I am also getting nervous, brandon and chris are still not together, and now chris is leaving???? I have full confidence in you and your writing, but please, get them back together, I'm dying :)......ANyway, detention 13 is next, RIGHT????

I really thought that chris and brandon were gonna reconcile, but its cool that its not like that. it really takes a writer to feel the pain and actually see things from a lot of different prospectives. im really hooked to see what happens next and really hope that the two come to a understanding. by the way, its really cool for the fact that you can tell a story in which the readers can identify with. personally, ive been in a similar situation and am really excited to see what happens next. thanks for the great stories!!

This one is the best. Were finally getting to see the reason for Chris's attitude and why he doesn't want to get closer to Brandon. You made us wait but it was worth the wait. Take your time for Detention 13.

Yes I totally agree. But It's worth the wait for a good quality story. Michael ,not only are you the best writer in this site, you're the best writer in the world. The way you make these characters and plot. It's great. Shit, Screw the sex scenes, I read the storie for the STORY!

I really didn't like Chris, I thought he was a jerk and was besides myself with joy when he and B broke up, but this story changed all that, it brought home just why I never liked Chris in the first place. I really clicked with Chris here, reminded me of me in the early days. I can now relate with Chris and hope that unlike in my case he doesn't end up alone or go and get himself into trouble. As usual mate this was another goodie and I take back all I said about ending the series when they broke up, I can't wait for more.

Michael for one more time you left me just speechless:I’ve never expected Detention’s 12th installment to get so…magnificent!I must admit it almost brought tears in my eyes!This chapter was so beautiful full of emotions and intensities,not to mention the dramatic exposure and revealment of Chris’ persona.
I must confess that this disclosure made Chris more irresistible and charming,without denature his character at all.There was an indeed very succesful,neat and thriving turnover in the narration of the story.For the first time Chris unfolds and recounds his viewpoint regarding his love-story with Brandon,at least after their breakup;not expected,definitely shrewd though!
Chris remains immature,self-centered,incapable to see deeper than the excterior and to properly comprehend the malign situation between himself and Brandon he’s responsible for,yet there are many and great excuses for it!Now his whole behavior makes perfect sence!It’s almost hardly impossible not to feel compassionate and sympathetic for him.Behind the apparently tough cocky jock lies a hurt boy who nobody appreciates for nothing!His own father is simply the worst of them all,an alcohol-addict that blames his own son for his pathetic,miserable life and eventually,since he’s of no use and only troubles,he cruely throws him out.He doesn’t have any real friends,people to rely on,who really care about him and Brandon,the only one that seemed to be different,in the process fails him also,at least in Chris’ perspective!
He never experienced love before,except from his mother,he’s afraid to love and be loved because he’s got to start trusting which terminally believes will get him hurt! Yet deep insite he heartly desires to experience it;to feel actually,truly wanted for his reall self. He screwed the only chance he had for it!He tried to make it up unsuccesfully!I really liked the fact that before going to B’s house he returns to the playground,sitting against the same tree where he held him and told him that he didn’t believe that love lasted forever.There he finally apprehends how important is B for him,how lonely he is,whereas he had brought that loneliness on himself,and he repents for his acts and words that unfortunate night!
The decision was made,he’ll go to B’s house to conciliate with him,even if he won’t listen him;at least he’ll give it a try!He thought that things would return to the previous status between those two plainly by themselves!But for Chris everything seems hard:being alive,being in a relationship,conceding his love for B.He admits that he cares for Brandon,he stubbornly though refuses to go deeper and say to him three simple words:“I love you”!He’s attracted by Brandon physically but primarily emotionally.He miss him not only as a sexpartner but substantially as a companion and a mate!Brandon’s statement“I do love you, Chris. But right now, that’s not enough. Right now,being in love with you doesn’t make me feel anything but cold inside” deteriorates and perplexes the already meshed up predicament!
Rejection,repulse and desolation.The invulnerable Chris for the first time brakes and burst out crying and I broke and cried with him too!The only solution which seems appropriate for him at this point is to leave and go far away from there as possible.He doesn’t want to be anywhere that is close to his house, close to school, close to B,he just wants to fucking get away from everybody and everything!Where to,doesn’t matter,just far away!
What will happen to him,whether he will seek for Brandon,or a worried sick Brandon by his grotesque scuttle will indagate him are some of the questions that arise!I must reiterate it’s deadly depressing that this splendid story will conclude in just three episodes!Åncore É’m pleading not to do it!Thanks afresh for all those astonishing emotions and sentiments that anew grant us ungrudgingly!

I just make it up Lisa. Sometimes inspiration from people I know, my own life, some of my favorite movies or shows, whatever. I just try to make it so that I really know the characters, what they're about, and then it's kinda easy to make storylines for them

wow... still amazed... as everybody's been sayin here, it was a great touch to let us see things from chris' view... and i have to really salute you coz you really nailed chris' character for us, it felt like we were seeing the real chris... and us readers were really able to understand him instantly... love the way you wrote his dialogues. =)
and man it really put me on the edge of my seat the way the story ended, now i really can't wait for 13... i'm bustin my head on how chris and brandon are gonna get back together... please don't make us wait too long!!!

ummm........... Is it just me or am the only one that is waiting for 13????? Michael, are you posting 13 and 14?? Is that why it is taking soooo long? Or do you relish in the fact that we are checking the site day in and day out :)? I like to wait if it is worth while, but this is a loooonggg wait. wow, so desperate are all of you, no, wait what am i saying. I just finished reading all 12 series today, and i can't wait for the 13. nooooooo.... i have to wait so desperately like these others, i came to this site only to read this story, but seeing as how you all waited, it seems i have to wait to. God the suspense is just building so much tension and drama. i come in this site and leave hoping Micheal posted 13, i cant even wait a min without this story. I so wanna read or see whatever inspires Micheal imagination and writing skills. Need more story, can't basically live without, and about 4 mins has gone by making me desire this story more.
Like previous posters, i agree, everything you write Micheal, your story always gets better, even if i believe your reached the limit, you exceed all of our expectations, to further entertain us more. 12 was great, as we can see a different perspective. Although no sex involved in the last couple of series, like David previosly stated, " I read the story for the story," and this truly is shared by many posters writing comment on this incredible story.
I rated your story, like numerous others a 10, but however such as you how B said to Chris he doesn't give enough credit to himself, i would have rated you 500+ along with the best writer in this site. Such as i haven't experienced the wait like everyone else has, take as long as you need (yea um forget i said take as long as you need...im gonna regret it like these other people) to make the next one the best and come up with more ideas, so you won't end the series within a couple of additional stories. Like david said, "dont end the series till detention 67, lol" i agree with the dont end till 67, however i didnt consider it as a joke, so take out the lol.
Don't prolong our suffering and post 13 as soon as you can, im pretty sure they all agree with me ^^.

I utterly run across the story in June,and ever since I’m haunting this site pretty nearly twice a day for its installment and reviews.From the first reading the story fascinated me and made me one of the most me-tooer of your writing.In the last ten days probably I have been coming by,four or five times a day for its installment,with no luck though!As I told you once before,Mike you promised us that you’ll keep on with the story till either people got annoyed or bored,either there's nothing left to tell about Chris and Brandon.It’s clear that no such thing happened;we’re dying to know what comes next between those two.At the end of the last episode I perceived that three very important words were missing:“To be continued...”.It’s a fact that you were planning to end the series at 12,but then you were considering to extend it a little bit longer, perhaps to 15.So what’s the reason for this intolerable and torturous prolongation?My worst fear is that this was the end, aggrieved, melancholy, acrimonious and bitter,not unlikely fair literarily speaking,highly unromanting and hence deadly unacceptable though!It would be awful afflictive to keep B & Chris separate,leaving Chris substantially unloved,depriving him from discovering and experiencing real and true love!Still I have an anticipation,a fool’s hope to be accurate,that you Michael are preparing an astonishing Detention’s installment for us,after some days off that you certainly require,so that you can carry out this plain stunning story!The retardation in Secret’s installment pleads for it!So for Lisa’s Dan’s,Paolo’s,Alex’s and many many others’ sake and naturally myself’s sake give us the sooner you can the sequential of the numerous installments that intend to follow!Don’t fail us on this and make us entreat on you,please!Hope to hear from you very soon!
