Love is a Battlefield : Part 2

(Part 1 from 1. Fiction.)

I wake up to the buzzing of my alarm clock, and quickly shut it off. I roll over and think of my first day at Christian’s hands of destruction. “Aww man. I just remember that Mrs. Smith wants us to do that project, and I haven’t thought of any ideas.” I say to myself. “Is that why your still in bed son? Or are you having a little morning wakey wakey spanky?” My dad says and burst out laughing. “Dad why are you in here?” I ask him. “I got worried. You usual are up and running around telling me about how amazing you day is going to be and stuff. This, you lying in bed, is scary.”

He answers me. “Dad leave me alone,” I say pulling the cover over my face. “Is this about your boy trouble? It’s sad for a dad to see his only son hurting so badly. You’re going to make me cry buddy.” He whimpers while fake crying. “Ok ok ok! I am getting up see!” I shout getting out of bed and giving him a big smile. “That’s the son I know and love. My gay son.” My dad says while smiling. “You’re not funny dad.” I say walking past him into the bathroom.

I get in the shower and close my eyes. As the warm water hits my skin, I touch my lips remembering the amazing kiss I had with Christian even though I started it. But still, he kissed me back, so he can’t be 100% straight. Can he? I start rubbing the water on my body imagining its Christian hands. A moan escapes my lips as my hands slid down my stomach until my dad shouts, “Son can you stop playing with yourself and talk with me before you leave.” “Dad! Leave me alone! I am not even doing that.” I shout. “Oh sorry, I heard you moan and you know thought.” He says back.

Embarrassed, I get out the shower, run to my room, and quickly get dressed for school when I remember today is Friday. “Yes!” I say to myself. I walk down the stairs and see my dad stretching in his jogging out. “Hey dad.” I say looking for my backpack. “Oh, so now you’re in a better mood.” He answers back. “Whatever.” I say grabbing my backpack. “What’s wrong? You’re acting cold to your daddy.” He says with a sad frown on his face. “I am sorry dad; it is just Christian is on my brain.” I say to him. “Christian? Oh, the guy you like. It is ok, but you should smile you’re a sexy guy.” He says winking at me. “Thanks, I take after the best dad ever. He motivates me to be a better me.” I say looking at my promise ring and smiling. “That’s the smile I like to see. Now get to school or your eating hamburgers with two thick meaty patties for dinner.” He says smiling, and I run like hell out the house and into my car.

I get to school early like yesterday and decide to go visit Mr. Rumor spreader, Christian. I walk into the boxing part of the gym and see him in the ring practicing as usual. I walk up to the ring and get in. “So, what’s up with you spreading rumors that I kissed you and sucked your dick.” I say walking up to him. “What you want Veggie Homo?” He says giving me the evil eye. “I want to know why you spreading rumors.” I repeat myself. “Wow, that. I wanted to let everyone know that you’re a little slut like every gay person.” He says grinning. “That’s offensive. Just because I am gay doesn’t make me a typical slut due to the enjoyment others find in that. Maybe a slut is what you want me to be for you?” I say grinning back. “Shut the fuck up! I am not gay!” He shouts at me. “No one said you are. Are you? It’s nothing to be ashamed of.” I say to him. “Fuck you. I like girls.” He says back. “That’s right because you have a daughter, Erica, right? That doesn’t make you straight.” I say back. “You don’t know shit about me or my daughter so shut the fuck up.”

I get down from the ring and walk to the exit. “I don’t care about your story boxer.” I leave from the gym and feel empowered by my boldness. He deserved it. Now off to class. I run into Jet on his way to class. “So, how the art project going? Isn’t due Monday?” He ask while we walk to homeroom with Mr. Test. “It is going anywhere. In fact, I need some inspiration.” I say thinking. “Well, isn’t it about your stand on being a Vegetarian? Then it should be easy, but I will help you with some ideas in homeroom ok?” He says smiling at me. “I swear if I didn’t know you had a girlfriend I would say you were flirting with me.” I say smiling. “I get told that a lot from guys.” He replies. “Really? Don’t tell me your bi.” I say laughing. “What’s wrong with that bro?” He asks. “Oh nothing. I am sorry. I didn’t know.” I quickly say to him. “It’s ok. It’s not like you knew, in fact, it’s not a secret. I just don’t tell everyone because I don’t care what people think.” He says opening the door. “Thanks bro. “I say laughing.

“Oh look, it’s the new gay couple.” Christian says while his friends start laughing. “Christian! Save the comedy route for somebody else’s class. I need to go get Chinese before I have to grade you students’ damn papers.” Mr. Test whispers.

I sit next to Amber, and Jet sits in front of us. “Ok students, today you’re going to sit here and study. Monday we will start our book Twilight.” Mr. Test says. “What? Really Twilight? Lame!” Christian shouts. “Hey, your English teacher Mr. Birds wants you to read it since he be starting his Romeo and Juliet book with you.” Mr. Test says. “Um… so were going to reading romantic novels?” Jet asks. “Yeah, we will read Twilight, in English you will read Romeo and Juliet, and then you will read the next Twilight book with me, a project for Birds, and the final Twilight books with Birds.” Mr. Test says pulling out a magazine. “Why so much Twilight?” Jet asks. I don’t know because Mr. Birds is gay who knows.” Mr. Test replies. “I find that offensive teacher.” I say. “Sorry Oliver.” Mr. Test replies to me. “The Vegetarian Homo is offended what a…” Christian starts. “Christian!” Mr. Test shouts.

I ignore him and pull out my notepad to write down some ideas. “How about being gay and a Vegetarian?” Jet mentions. “What’s the point of that though? I was thinking about how being a Vegetarian is a struggle like being gay. Not many people understand it and quickly stereotype it.” I say staring at Christian. “That’s good but Christian shouldn’t be the motivation for this project. Mrs. Smith is giving you the chance to make a stand for your views and knowing her, she might put in a good word around town for you.” Amber says. “You guys are right. This is my chance to take a stand for my beliefs and not getting distracted by my enemy even though he did kiss me back.” I whisper. “What? He kissed you…” Amber started until I covered her mouth, but I could tell it was too late because Christian was giving me a look that could kill.

“Amber sshh.” I whisper to her. She didn’t say anything, but I knew she got the hint. The bell rang, signaling us to head for English.

I walked toward the teacher, Mr. Birds, since I missed yesterday because of Christian’s killer left hook. “Hi how are you Mr. Birds?” I whisper. “Oh hey, Oliver. I heard about your incident with Christian, but we have assigned seats here. Everyone except you and Christian didn’t get to pick so you two got to sit together. Is that a problem?” Mr. Birds asks with compassion in his face. I just nod knowing he not being a dick it just can’t be avoided. I take my seat in the back right next to Christian. If that wasn’t miserable enough, Christian’s friend Jack is sitting in the row in front of us, but at least Jet sits at the table next to me which makes me notice there a guy I never seen before sitting next to him. Mr. Birds goes on talking about Shakespeare and Romeo and Juliet. I listen to him, but get distracted by Christian’s good smelling cologne.

I start to melt in my sit until I feel Christian’s hairy leg rub against my smooth leg. I look at him, and he looks back at me with a grin. “So you are gay?” I whisper. “Don’t get hit. It’s just funny that you got a boner over it.” He says grinning. I look down at my crotch, and he burst out laughing, “Can’t believe you fell for that.” “Christian and Oliver what is so funny?” Mr. Birds says staring at us. “Nothing Christian’s ignorance is just showing again.” I say. “Yes it is teach.” Christian adds. Mr. Birds goes on with his lesson. The bell rings, its lunch, and its finally time for me to go sketch my idea for Mrs. Smith.

I walk with Jet and Amber as they go on about Mr. Birds’ lesson. They get their lunch while I sit down and start working on my art sketch. They finally come and sit down while I almost done with my sketch. “Hey guys, look at my idea,” I say showing them my sketch. “What is it?” They both say in unison. “It is representing my love for Earth and the hate I receive from others who love to destroy.” I say. “Oh, I get that. It’s nice.” Jet whispers. “What was Christian laughing at in class?” Amber asks. “I don’t want to talk about him!” I yell. “Oh sorry.” Amber says. “No it’s me. He just so stupid, in fact, where is he?” I ask Jet. “He probably in the gym because I swear he eats, sleeps, and thinks boxing non-stop.” Jet says.

The bell rings and we head to our last class, art. “Hey class. Since Oliver and Christian have a project due Monday. I thought we start expressing our individuality, in fact, that is the first thing we will focus on for a couple of weeks. Today I want you to draw something you feel represents your bad side, and then you will draw something you feel represents your good side.”

Jet starts before I. I spend time thinking when all of a sudden this tall guy with long jet black hair that hangs to his back walks into our class. I kind of recognize him from early.”Oh, Bastian your finally back.” Mrs. Smith announces. “Yeah I got hurt during football practice, back now though.” His strong masculine voice echo in the silent classroom, I wanted him. “ Oh look, there is no empty space.” Mrs. Smith sighs while looking around the class. “We can make room over here.” I say raising my hand. Jet, Amber, Bastian, and Christian all looks at me weird. “Oh thank you Oliver. I am starting to like you more and more.

Now Bastian go on over there, and they will make space for you. To say he walked over is an understatement, he floated like an angel. His shiny black hair moved as he walked giving his face of a supermodel look. “So, what we suppose to draw?” Bastian asks. I stare into his light brown eyes, open and close my mouth, and then out of nowhere start giggling. He just looks at me and grins. “Bro were supposed to draw one thing that symbolizes our good side, and one for the bad side.” Jet interrupts. “Thanks Bro,” Bastian replies still staring in my eyes. “We should get to it boys.” I say getting back to my work. “I don’t know what to do draw. Any ideas?” Bastian asks looking toward me causing me to smile.

“Why don’t you draw a football? Superstar.” Jet interrupts. “He asked me Jet!” I shout at him. “Lovers Triangle,” Christian says and the whole class erupts into laughter. “He right though… um…” “Oliver” Jet answers. “Right Oliver. Jet is right. A football is a good idea because I am like a football. I am special design for something great, something famous. I get tossed around, yet I still spin. I might hit the ground, but eventually someone will catch me before I fall again.” Bastian says to me whiling staring at me. “That is so sweet.” I whisper while blushing. “I hope this isn’t too forward but would you like to go on a date with me tonight? Since your new here, How about we go to our local Hamburger joint for a burger, fries, and a milkshake?” Bastian asks me. “YES!” I scream. “What?” Jet says. Everyone turns to look at us. “I just got inspired, sorry guys.” I say looking at Bastian.

“Alright class is about to end, so you all will share one of your drawings on Monday before our debate duo presents their projects.” Mrs. Smith announces as the bell rings.

I give Bastian my address, and he says, “I will see you around 8 tonight cutie.” I smile but Jet grabs my arm and pulls me to the school parking lot with Amber right behind us. “Why did you say yes?” Jet asks me. “Because he was cute,” I answer. “He is not even gay. Why do you keep falling for this straight acting, gay in denial guys?” Jet rants. “Listen you are not my dad, so stay the fuck out my business.” I say as I walk to my car. “I thought we were friends.” Jet shouts out to me. I get in my car and drive home. I walk in the door, and see my dad naked. “What the hell Dad? Put some damn clothes on!” I shout. “Who you talking to? I can be naked in my own house, but I was looking for a bar of soap. Plus I have a sexy body.”My dad replies. “I am going to have nightmares for days.” I say. “Dad can we talk?” I ask. “Sure can, have a sit.” My dad says sitting down with his legs open. Wow I don’t need to see that, I quietly think to myself. “Well Dad, I got a date tonight, and I am scared.”

“A date! That’s good did you take my advice and move on or is it the same guy? I think it’s so cool. Let’s go pick out your outfit for tonight. A nice and slutty outfit is better since you know guys like having something to look at. How about that outfit I bought you for your cousin’s party? The one that shows off your fat ass.”

“Dad please stop! It’s a different guy, and please stop being embarrassing. No more saying stuff like me having a fat ass.” I say trying to hide my embarrassment. “Son where do you think you got that fat ass from.” He says smiling at me. “Bye,” I say getting up and walking toward my room. “Be safe princess,” he shouts at me.

I get a text from Amber, asking if she can come over. I tell her sure. She finally shows up right while I am getting ready for my date. “There a girl for you Oliver! I thought I would never say that.” My dad whispers. “Stop embarrassing me. I shout coming down the stairs. “You look so sexy.” Amber says jumping up and down. “Ok. Why are you here?” I ask. “I came to tell you that you were mean to Jet today. He is just really interested in your safety. Bastian is a master seducer and does the deed and embarrasses the shit of his victim.” Amber says with my dad peeking from the kitchen. “Thanks Amber but how does he know?” I ask.

“Well, Jet’s ex boyfriend Chase fell for Mr. Bastian and guess what? A sex type of them circled around the school. Not that bad but Bastian talked poor little Chase in letting Bastian you know piss on him. Chase couldn’t even show his face in town anymore.” Amber whispers.

“OMG! That’s sick. Why does Jet have to be right about me and guys?” I say sitting down in a chair. “What are you going to do?” Amber asks me. “I don’t know call and cancel…” I started until the door bell rang. I get up to get it which I wish I didn’t because it’s Bastian. “Hey cutie, are you ready?” He asks. “No, I need my bag and stuff.” I reply. He grabs my arm and pulls me close to him whispering, “You don’t need that stuff. I will pay for everything.” He says pulling me out the house and closing the door behind us. I try to pull away but the smell of his cologne starts to attract me like a bee to honey.

We get into his car, and he drives us to Hickory Charlie’s. He holds my hand as we enter, and there I spot my nightmare, Christian. “Here we are shorty.” He whispers in my ear as we take a seat at a booth. “Did you just call me short? Sorry we can’t all be 6’0.” I say looking out the window. “I didn’t mean it as an insult. I think you’re the perfect height since I love short guys. You’re my shorty, my special, amazing, and adorable shorty.” He says with his voice making my skin tingle. “It’s ok.” I whisper looking into his brown eyes. Christian walks toward us, and I feel like a corner rat. “What do you want Christian?” I ask trying to resist the urge to grab the knife and stab him. “Welcome to Hickory Charlie’s, I will be your waiter and here your menus.” He says smiling at Bastian. I look closer at Christian and notice he actually in uniform. I burst out laughing which clearly pisses Christian off. “Thank you. What are your specials?” Bastian asks. “We got the Coliseum burger, the double steak sandwich, and Honey hickory ham sandwich. “

“Do you have anything that isn’t meat? Like a salad.” I ask. “No sir. We only sell meat, nice raw blood or cooked meat.” He answers. “Is there a problem shorty?” Bastian asks me. “Oh, you don’t know that this lady here doesn’t eat meat, but she likes cock so maybe she can be converted.” Christian says smiling at me.”Christian you are the biggest jerk and piece of shit guy that I hate I met. In fact, I don’t understand who would want to have you tiny dick in them when your attitude is a bigger dick than that tiny piece of shit between your legs.” I say getting up and walk toward the door. “Hold up what’s wrong?” Bastian ask following behind me. “I am sorry, but he pissed me off.”

I say through clench teeth. “It’s ok. It may have not been the classiest exit, but he deserved it and that doesn’t change that I am totally into you. So, I will take you home and we can try this date thing again if that is ok with you babe?” Bastian whispers in my ears. He drives me home and walks me to the door. “Good night,” he whispers in my ears. I grab his face, move it closer to my lips, and kiss his lips. He wraps his arms around my hips and pulls me closer to his hard rippling muscle body.

I slid my hands into his hair as our mouths clash again and again. He pulls back and looks into my eyes smiling. I pull him hard back into me, and our lips crash into each other. “I should be getting in now,” I say. “Yeah you should,” he says and our lips met again. He wraps his hand around mine, and they slid apart as I easy my way inside my house. I close the door and slide to the floor. “I see you had a good night.” My dad says while staring at me from the couch. “I did even though that jackass Christian almost ruined it.” I say heading up stairs. I lay in bed and hoping to see Bastian again tomorrow. I close my eyes just then I hear my phone vibrating. I look at it and see it is a text from Bastian. It says: I had a good night even though we didn’t have dinner. How about we try breakfast instead? I text him back sure see you at 9 am, and I drift off to sleep.
