Struggle

(Part 1 from 1. Fiction.)

100% fiction!

Hunter is an average teenager trying to get through high school as fast as possible. He grew up in Texas and recently moved to Los Angeles due to his father's business. He had always wondered about his father's business but he never gave him a straight answer. There was always people coming over to his house and he knew them, but he wondered what they talked about behind the door to his fathers office.

He wasn't allowed in his office, and was curious about what went on, but he never pushed the boundaries. Hunter loved sports. He played football, baseball, and lacrosse. He was athletically built, around 160 lbs and stood at 6'2". He had sandy blond hair and piercing green eyes.

He always was taught to dress well when he went to high school, so he wore bright colored button down shirts and dark dress pants. He didn't know why the girls at his new school always stared at him and he was a little creeped out by it. Hunter was 18 and wasn't interested in a relationship with anyone.

As the bus pulled up to his house, he picked up his backpack and went downstairs to leave. "I love y-" he said turning to his fathers office, only to find the door closed. He sighed and turned to face the front door. He exited and boarded the bus. He steps into it and looks for an open seat. He found an open seat next to a new boy. "hey I'm-" he stopped and looked at this gorgeous boy.

He had brown hair, and deep brown eyes. He had muscles that were bulging out of his shirt sleeves. The boy looked at Hunter, and he couldn't help but stare into his rich, dark brown eyes. "...Hunter" "hey" the boy replied. "whats up?" Hunter said. "nothing much Hunter. You?" the boy answered. "same. So your new around here?" Hunter said examining the boys arm muscles with his eyes.

"ya. I'm from New York. Name's Aiden by the way." Aiden said. "Aiden...." Hunter said trying to remember. The bus bounced as it went over potholes and bumps in the road. "my god... I hate this bus dude" Hunter said to Aiden. Aiden stared out the window with his hand holding up his head. Aiden looked bored as he looked at the houses, trees and cars passed by. "you ok dude?" Hunter said worriedly.

It didn't break his gaze. "hey Aiden... Aiden!!" he shouted a little loudly. "oh what? Sorry man.. I was... Spacing out." Aiden replied. Hunter noticed the bruises on his left leg. "what's that from?" Hunter said curiously. "nothing. Mind your business." Aiden said. "sorry..." Hunter replied. He didn't like to impose on other peoples business so he left it alone.

The bus arrived to high school, the boys went to their respected classes and didn't see eachother again until lunch time. "how was your first classes aiden?" hunter asked innocently. "fine..." Aiden snapped. Hunter could tell that Aiden wasn't much of a talker. "hunter?" Aiden asked. "yeah?"
"do you wanna... Hang out with me?" he asked.

"sure! I'd love to!" Hunter screamed with excitement. He could hardly contain himself. "ok ok. Calm down man." Aiden said smiling. Aiden had never experienced someone who cares about him as much as Hunter did. Aiden could tell. He had an abusive father and he never got the chance to feel what love felt like. Aiden could tell that Hunter cared about him, even if they meant only a few hours ago. He liked what it felt like. The bruises are a few weeks old, and he got them from his dad after he refused to do unspeakable things for him. He now lives with his mother thanks to his uncle John who happened to be a police officer and an obligated reporter.

The court cas was an open and shut case. And Aiden finally had peace. 'god I just wanna kiss him so bad' Aiden thought to himself. Aiden's parents knew he was gay and that's why his father abused him for so long. But that is in the past now and he had to look forward. After school ended, Hunter called his father and told him he will be at a friends house. The boys went up to Aidens room.

They talked and played games on the xbox and became good friends. And as the weeks turned to months and the months turned to years, the boys find themselves as seniors in their school. "Um.... Aiden? Can I talk to you please?" said Hunter as they sat on Aidens couch. "sure."

"um... This is so hard to say, but I think you should know." hunter said.
"what is it Hunter?"
"I'm.... I'm....gay." Hunter said stuttering. Aiden stared at him.
"I.... I don't think we can be friends anymore, Hunter" Aiden said.
"no! Please don't to this Aiden!!!" Hunter begged.

"just leave me ALONE!!!" Aiden yelled. Hunter was devastated, and couldn't beilieve his ears. When he heard a voice on the edge of his gaze.
"hunter? Are you ok?" and that brought him back to reality. "oh! Yeah... I'm fine." hunter answered. "You sure?" Aiden said worriedly.

"yeah, I'm fine ok?! What are you my father?!" Hunter snapped at him. Aiden teared a little. "oh man. I... I didn't mean that. I'm sorry." Hunter said obviously remembering what happened to Aiden when he was 18. The boys are 20 now, but Aiden still remembers.
"I'm sorry. I screwed up man. You know I didn't mean that." Hunter apologized.

"it's alright man..." Aiden said looking down at the floor. Hnter walked over to Aiden and gave him a hug. Aiden returns the hug but squeezes tighter.
Hunter loved the feeling of being in his arms, when out of the blue, aiden tried to kiss hunter.

"Woah!!! What are you doing?" Hunter screamed. "le me do it" hunter smiled and plants a kiss on Aidens sweet lips. Aiden felt a bolt of electricity race up his spine with every kiss. They break off the kiss and stare into eachothers eyes....
