"what is it?" i asked.
"open it and find out" he said eagerly.

he snatched the envelope up and held it out to me, i took it and watched as he grinned, finally i opened it, inside was a card. i took it out and looked at the cover 'Happy Anniversary' this confused me.
"our anniversary isnt for another 9 months babe?"

"but today is the day i first ever laid eyes on you, 16 months ago i bumped into you at the gym, i knocked you right off your feet remember?" he asked
"yes in more than one way, i fell in love with you right then and there" i mumbled sheepishly

"i apologised frantically for about 5 minutes whilst you just sat there staring at me, then when i held out my hand to help you up your lovely green eyes sparkled" he reminisced.

i opened the card and inside was a note and a little package, i took the package out and read the note: 'Jack 16 months ago i met you, 15 months ago i asked you out, 3 months ago you moved in, 10 minutes ago you came home as usual however tonight will be different, you are ready and i am ready baby i love you xxx' i wondered what he meant when i remembered the package i turned it over in my hand and looked at it, it was a condom. i turned to him and immediately kissed him i pressed myself against him as we kissed. James pulled my legs up around his waist and carried me to our bedroom as we kissed.
