I was running threw the forest with a white shirt, blue jeans and a pair of
black stilettos. I was moving so fast it was like I was a blur moving through
the forest.I jumped onto a tree branch looking out at the amazing view. I could
see so far like the waterfall almost at the edge of the forest. I jumped from
branch to branch as I made my way toward the waterfall. I smelled the scent of
honey with a hint of vanilla which made me move faster. I landed at the bottome
of the waterfall and looked up toward the top as I say a figure, the source of
the honey scent. The figure jumped down into the water at the base of the fall.
The figure jumped at the water and stood in front of me. It was Lex, so I ran

I woke up on the floor and could barely breathe. I looked around and noticed
I was by the stairs still dressed in the clothes I planned to wear to school. I

saw that it was 12:30 which meant I was so late to school. The blinds were close
blocking my view of the weather outside. I just ran toward the front door trying

then I blacked out." I said straining to remember.
"I am sorry Johnny. I should have never gotten so close to you without
telling you the truth." He replied.
"What do you mean Lex." I said getting worried.
"You see Johnny I am a vampire and I had bite you making you a vampire to
now. Thats why I stopped you from going into the sun because you would of died.
I am so disgusted with myself." He said walking toward the couch.
"What... I mean WHAT!" I yelled.
I was losing my mind. He was a vampire and now I am a vampire too. This is
crazy. No maybe I am dreaming. "Your not dreaming." He said somehow reading my
mind or something.
Then the dream I had came back to me, of me and Lex playing in the forest at
night. I wanted to run away but I there was no where for me to run. The sun was
still out and I was trapped in my house.
"Look at night we will leave and go to a town where we can be safe." He
whispered.
"I am not leaving my friends just because you wanted to turn me into a damn
vampire." I said louder than I meant and instantly regretted when I saw his
face. He was sad then he just left like a blur and I could barely see.
Now I was left by myself and had nothing better to do then think of a way
out. I ran into the kitchen and grabbed a sharp knife and went back into the
living room. I hid the knife underneath me. Maybe if I kill him I go back to
normal. I spent hours waiting for him to show back up, but he finally did right
around the time the sun went down.
"Are you ready to leave Johnny?" He asked walking toward me.
I got up with the knife in hand and charged at him screaming,"Die you SON OF
A BITCH!" However, he stopped me like a buzzing fly.
He looked hurt, but then he released my hand, ripped open his shirt, and
whispered,"Go on kill me I deserve to die for causing you so much pain."
I looked in his eyes and lost the will to kill him. I actually had feelings
for Lex and couldn't dare hurt him. I closed my eyes and wished I hated him
enough to kill him, but I couldn't gather enough hate for the man who stole my
heart.
"Where are we going Lex?" I asked shocking Lex who just stared at me with his
mouth hanging open.
"I thought we head to my best friend Damien, who is also a vampire, house. He
is specialized in trainning new vampires. He will teach you all the things you
will need like thirst control, fighting skills, and how to turn you skin soild
which would allow you to walk in sunlight for a while depending on the weather,
and diamond which is a special of layer that you can over your skin in making it
sparkle in sunlight allowing you to move in daylight." He said while we made our
way out the front door.
"But first I teach you your first lesson running while running you move like
a blur which will allow us to get there quicker." He spoke loudly.
"Wait where does your friend live?" I asked trying to figure how far we had
to go.
"He lives in Paris, France of course." He answered.
"What were going to Paris, but that take hours." I replied.
"Of course but we only got until the sun comes up or you will die. When
running, feel that your body is getting lighter and lighter, and urge yourself
that you want to get there for because it has something your really interested
in seeing. Thats basically it, lets go." With that he was off running in a blur.
I stood there feeling stupid for a few seconds then I started to run.
However, I was running like normal not in a blur like Lex, so I thought of my
body as being light as a feather. I felt my body go faster, yet it seemed as I
was running like usual. I thought my body was lighter than a feather, lets see,
a water drop. I then started going faster, so fast I caught up and passed Lex in
a matter of seconds.
He then started going a little faster than me. He turnt his head around to
look at me and smiled then he started going faster and faster. Damn! My body is
already as light as a water drop what the fuck is left for me to do. I tried to
remember what else he said to me, but my mind kept coming up blank. I tired
harder to remember then finally did. He said I had to want something to see so
badly that it made my body go faster. I thought about my parents and how they
had feel in love in Paris and I wanted to go there to feel the love they shared
there.
Then my body started moving fast, I couldn't believe how fast I was going. We
kept this speed with what seemed to be hours, but we finally reached Paris,
France by 1:00 based on my watch. The sun was coming up, so we rented a room in
a fancy hotel.
It was such a nice hotel with great decorating taste. It was white and gold
with a bar fulled with liquor. I was all over lex and couldn't wait to get him
to the room so we could fuck. However, when we got into the room, he distanted
himself from me. There was two beds and he sat on the second bed. I tried to sit
next to him, but he quickly jumped and got into the other bed. He acted like he
was sleep, but I was sure. Instead I laid in bed, I started to touch my self,
but lost the urge and just went to sleep.
I couldn't wait to hurry up and figure out how to be normal again, but now I
wasn't sure if I wanted to be normal again...
