The next morning when I woke up, we hurried to get our selves ready for the trip. Once we had cleaned up and shaved, we dressed in our uniforms. We then went together with our guards, to a restaurant for breakfast. Everything was already arranged, and we just had to sit down and eat. The food wasn’t bad, and we had pleanty to eat. Once we were through with breakfast, it was back to the arena.

Once at the arena, we went to the shower room, to take care of our toilet issues. Then we loaded things, and climbed on the bus, taking the same seats as before. Soon we were on our way, to the next stop on our toure. I enjoyed looking out the window, even though it was much like the day before. Seeing landscape different from what I would see at home, and seeing people and animals working together, was still interesting. We did pass through a few small towns, some were primitive while others were developing.

We stopped in one of the more developed towns for lunch, and were able to walk around before lunch. The guards made sure we stayed together, and had no problems while walking. When our lunch was ready, we went to the restaurant chosen. The food was ok, but nothing great, I’m not sure of everything I ate, I didn’t ask, I just ate the food.

Once we had eaten, and did our toiletry business, we climbed back on the bus, and continued our trip. After driving for awhile, Antar turned and informed me, that we had just crossed over into the country of Togo. There wasn’t a lot of difference in the scenery, since both countries were close together.

Finally we reached our destination, the Capital city of Lome. It’s a large city, and everthing was very busy, and had a lot of traffic. We finally made it to the arena, and proceeded to unload. It was a nice place, and was very well kept. Here, once again, we had real beds to sleep in, and a nice shower room with good toilet facilities. We picked our beds for the night, and I was close with Augu on one side, and Antar on the other side.

After using the toilet facilities, the guards took us out for a walk. We got the attention of the citizens on the street, and the guards had to answer many questions. I noticed I was drawing a lot of attention from the crowds, and I did try to answer some questions. The guards would always intervene, and answer most of the questions. Antra held onto my arm, the entire time we were walking around.

I can say this, it’s a large city, with many modern buildings, and much construction under way. Finally the guards said we would be returning to the arena, before going for our evening meal. We cleaned up, and got ready to go for our meal. We climbed in the bus, and drove to the restaurant chosen.

Once we disembarked and went inside, we were the center of attention. We were seated at two good sized tables, with a guard at each table. The Master and his party, were seated at a table just over from ours. I noticed they had some great looking food on their plates. I was a little disappointed when our food came, it looked good, but wasn’t looking as good as the Masters. I must admit the food was really great, and we had plenty to eat, and the dessert was the best.

Once we had finished eating, it was back to the bus, and then back to the arena. Once back at the arena, we had to remove our uniforms, and sit on our beds naked. Augu and Antar joined me on my bed, and we talked until the guard said it was time to get ready for bed. We did our toilet business, and cleaned up, then climbed in bed. The guard turned out all but one light, so they could watch us.
