Being Part Of An African Concubine Part 18

Author:

I did manage to drift back to sleep, before the guard turned on the lights, and told us it was time to get up. I went to the shower room, shaved and did my toiletries, then followed the guard to our dinning room.

The Master was not there to greet us, as usual, and his dinning room door was open. That ment he had either already eaten, or was running late for his breakfast. We went in and sat at our usual places, we had all made friends we preferred to sit with. Augu looked over at me with a big grin on his face, and I knew what he was thinking. We were both happy, that no one had noticed our being in each others bed.

The servers brought in the food, and I decided to ask about the Master. I was told he had already eaten, and had gone to get ready for his trip into the city. He is a very wealthy man, owning many companies and businesses, as well as having interests in many others. He is also invested in interests, in both the UK and the US.

We finished our breakfast, and returned to the shower room to clean up, and relax before our two hour workout. Augu and I were among the last to return to our dorm, and I was met with a surprise. Opele, one of the boys, was dressed in regular clothes, and had a suitcase on his bed. I ask him what was going on, and he told me he was going to spend a week with his family. That he would be accompaning the Master, on his trip into the city, to see his family. I commented on how I was glad to hear that, and hoped he had a great time.

I was really glad to hear this, because it put my mind at ease. I now knew we weren’t being held prisoners, since Opele was being allowed to go visit his family for a week. I heard the guard call my name, and tell me to get my uniform on, that it was on my bed. The guard told me I would be accompanying the Master into the city, and to hurry up and get dressed. I put on my uniform, and sat on my bed waiting for time to leave.

The guard, who would be driving, came and told Opele and me it was time to leave, so we followed him to the car. The guard opened the trunk, and Opele put his suitcase in the trunk. Opele then got in the frontseat with the driver, while I was seated in the backseat. The driver then opened the door for tha Master, and he joined me in the backseat. The driver closed the door, then joined Opele in the front. The guard opened the gate, with a switch in the car, and we drove to the main highway into the city.

Once in the city, we drove to a residential area, and stopped at Opele’s house. He removed his suitcase from the car, and was met by a older lady, that I assume was his mother. We then proceeded on into the city, and stopped at a large building, which housed a TV and Radio station.

The driver opened the door for the Master, and I got out on the other side. The Master and I proceeded to enter the building, while the driver parked the car. We entered the lobby, and I was greeted by Mr. Manuu. He came over and gave me a big hug, and we talked about being glad to see eachother. He congratulated me on my wrestling trip, and all the success I had.

I noticed the Master talking with two well dressed men, and he motioned for me to join them. I was introduced to the stations manager, and a reporter who would be interviewing me. This is when I learned, the story about the little boy and me, had made the news in this country as well. So I was going to be interviewed on the TV news.

I sat down in a chair facing the newsman, and he started asking me questions. Then he said he had a surprise, and they brought out the little boy from Togo. He ran over and climbed on my lap, for the rest of the interview. The newsman ask him a few questions, then the interview was over. Now they brought out the boys parents, and ask some questions about their experience with our meeting. Now it was time for pictures, I was introduced to the Mayor, and other political and prominent people.

I was informed I would be having lunch with the reporter, and the little boy and his parents. So we went to a nearby restaurant for lunch. The Master and Mr. Manuu, we’re seated at a nearby table, and seemed to be having a great conversation. I noticed they seemed to be doing a lot of laughing. Once the meal was over, it was back to the TV station.

Back at the station, I hugged the little boy goodbye, and wished his family well. I then hugged Mr. Manuu goodbye, and we said we hoped to see eachother soon.

The driver brought the car around, and we started our trip back to the Master’s compound.
