Being Part Of An African Concubine Part 3

Author:

After I was invited to sit down, introductions were shared. The Chiefton complemented me on my victory, and said he was empressed with my performance. He then ask if I wanted something to drink, or anything else. I thanked him, but declined his offer.

He then told me he had a proposition to offer me, and that he hoped I would be interested. He then told me, he would like to hire me as one of his wrestlers, and that he would pay me $65,000 a year. Then he explained that the money would be put in an account in my name. He said I could get the money at the end of the year, and that I wouldn’t need money at all for a year. He explained that I would be living at his place, with his other wrestlers. That I would eat with them, and all my needs would be taken care of by him. I would wear a uniform like his other wrestlers, and wrestling briefs to match the other wrestlers.

The Chiefton then told me I need to sign a contract, but that I would be free to leave anytime I became dissatisfied. He said the main reason for the contract was inorder to guarantee my silence. I had to agree to not discuss, outside his place, any and all things pertaining to my stay at his place. I could not discuss the things I saw or hear while I was employed him. That nothing I would do, while I was at his place, should be talked about outside, even after I left his employment. That if I did talk about anything concerning my stay, even after leaving, I would loose the money, or what was left of the money.

The Chiefton told me his driver would pick me up the next day for lunch. He said he would have a contract for me to sign, if I was willing to follow all the stipulations. I told him that I was fine with all the stipulations he had mentioned. I told him I was very pleased with the amount he was offering. He told me he was glad to hear I was satisfied, and that if I stayed longer, I would get $65,000 each year I stayed in his employment.

We stood up and shook hands on the agreement, and then went to his car. I was dropped off at Me. Manuu’s house, and they drove off.

More later.
