Don't Tell Aviv (3.)

(Part 1 from 1. Fiction.)

Chapter 3 :

After a good talk with Adham, I completely forgot that I was in a bar with 170+ people. Did you ever feel like you're with the most amazing creature in the world, you're having a good time and enjoying yourself with this being and you completely forget your surroundings until there is a silence between you and you realize you just came back down on earth. It's like this all the time with Adham. We talked about Maccabi-Haifa's terrible season, the girls with big breasts that we'd like to place our face between. We talked about our biggest pet peeves and quirks we thought no one else had.

"Wow! That is so true!"
"I know right, it happens all the time to me."
"You know what else I don't like?"
"Oh my gosh I hate that too! I also hate..."
"You're right, that's why they're losers now."
"And then..."
"Uh-huh"
"So true"

All night went on like that. We've had these conversations before but it never bore us. I offered him to come over to my place to hang out and listen to some music, maybe hang at the balcony and watch people walk by. Off we go. We went back to Florentin, I opened my apartment and went straight to the sound system. I put some Phoenix, followed by Jason Mraz and The Idan Raichel Project.

"Hey Eli! Do you listen to Ivri Lider?"
"Lider? Isn't he gay?"
"Yeah...yeah he is."
"No. I don't listen to faggot music."
"HA HA! Oh okay."

He obviously thought my taste for music was very feminine so I put some Tiësto for his like. Knowing him, he looked like he only listened to dance music.

He looked like Aladdin to be honest. Shaggy dark hair, long and straight. Big brown eyes, shapely long full eyebrows, a long nose thin lips that showed a perfect set of whites. His skin was a perfect olive tone darker than olive sort of. He's muscular but not ripped either. They were defined and he had beautiful biceps. I'm not lying, he looks like Aladdin. Exotic, peculiar, indcredible.

If I stood next to him in the street, we do not look like a match for buddies. Me on the other hand I look quirky. I'm 5'10" He's 6'2" I'm slender and dress in Skinny jeans, and vintage looking tops. I have flowy wavy golden brown hair that resembles a Beverly Hills surfer. My eyes are big and light hazel. My skin is olive but a little light. I'm not very muscular. I have small pecks I don't have a six pack. My torso is just flat but I'm not flabby. I'm skinny. I never liked the way I looked. My nose was a little long but stuck out more. Common features you would see around the country. I hated the fact that for a skinny guy my butt stuck out like too peach halves together. It's what I think drives girls away because my butt is rounder than theirs. I have a girly ass and all my friends tease me saying they would hit that.

Adham changed the music to some soft alternative rock. Coldplay. I loved it. He opened the doors to the balcony I followed him like a shadow. The skyline of Tel Aviv was beautiful. The skyscrapers lit the whole coast and it was dazzling to see at night. The sky was a lush of pinks, and purples like a sherbert ice cream. We watched in silence and couldn't think of anything else to talk about as Eviatar Banai played in the background and we floated with the lyrics.
