Don't end it - keep it coming - you can expand with Cory now. Let Mitch and Colby have a rest but bring them out when the get into Modeling.

Well, I guess all the fun's been had and used up, quite a trip, recalling the first Fire in the Firehouse. I guess 20 should be the end with 19 used to get Colby started on his new life and them planning their ceremony, maybe start building a Cory story to continue with after the end of this one, which I think should ideally be at the ceremony or a likely twist, where after all they've been through and all that, Colby's life change also see's a change in the relationship. I'm not against a happy ending, but it would be nice to see the unexpected happen, I mean we all expect them to live happily ever after, but who knows....! I do however, strongly suggest that you do a story centered on Cory. In my opinion, you've laid out a good foundation for building up his character and it would be unfair to develop him more fully as a number three.

Just make it a happy ending for all of them. After all the bullshit they went through, they deserve it.
I also agree that the "adventures" of Cory would make great reading and Colby and Cory's father find love at last also. I have enjoyed the entire series and in a way wish it would never end!

As long as Colby and Mitch end up staying together, im happy!!! :D By the way, I LOVE this series. Both me and my bf do. Possibly because we can both relate, he's a firefighter (and a really hot on at that), and i have a really evil step-mom (although she hasn't yet tried to kill me). Anyway, just make sure that Colby and Mitch end up staying together, and that would be great. Again, I love ur stories!!!
