Tangled - Part Nineteen

(Part 3 from 3. Fiction.)

His hand pumped my cock quickly and within seconds, I came. I arched my back against him but kept his shaft in my mouth as his climax slowly diminished. He lifted his head quickly and opened his mouth over the head of my rod and I saw my spurts of come fly onto his tongue and face. Then it was over. He licked his lips as I sucked him free of semen. He wiped his face with his hand and licked his palm and then he licked my dick clean. I swiveled around to face him.
"Hmm!" I whispered. "I could live off you. Who needs breakfast after that?"

He smiled. "You'd soon tire of it!"
"Never!" I grinned. "I adore the taste of you. So clean and creamy, and a little different each time! I'm glad that when you come, it's always a huge amount. It's so satisfying!"
"Yeah!" He giggled. "I'm a real fire-hose!"
"Stop it!" I said and punched him on the arm.

He laughed and tickled my ribs. I wriggled and pushed his hand away.
He looked at me and stroked my face.
"I love you." He whispered. "I never tire of saying it."
"And I love you too, so very much."

After a leisurely breakfast, I went upstairs and started to pack a couple of bags for us. Lee came into the room, threw himself on the bed and watched me puzzled.
“Um . . are you going somewhere?” He asked carefully.
“We are!” I replied. “For the weekend, so tell me if you need anything in particular and I’ll pack it.”
“So we’re just up and buggering off for the weekend, are we?” He said his eyebrows raised.

“Why not?” I countered. “It’s a long weekend and I want you all to myself.”
“So tell me, sweet thing?” He smiled. “Where are we going?”
“It’s a surprise.” I said shortly.
“Another one? You certainly are full of them, aren’t you.”

“Yes, so get off your big butt and either help me or go and wait downstairs.” I said. “You’re in the way.”
He laughed and got up off the bed.
“I’ll wait downstairs and leave it to you.” He said and disappeared.

Down at the car, I got behind the wheel as Lee threw himself into the passenger’s seat. I turned to him, a blindfold in my hands. He looked at it dubiously and frowned.
“What’s that?” He asked.
“I want you to put it on.” I said.
“Not on your life.” He came back. “I was in the dark for too long and I have no intention of doing it again.”
“Please Lee, for me.” I said. “Just this once, I promise. I don’t want you to peek.”

He looked at the blindfold again and shrugged.
“Okay!” He said. “Just this once. bear in mind I’m doing this to please you.”
“Thank you. You won’t regret it, I promise.” I said as I carefully tied the cloth around his face. I made a few small adjustments and then sat back.
“Can you see anything.” I asked.

“Uh . . no.” He said. “It’s just a little too . . scary, that’s all. Too familiar.”
“Don’t worry.” I said. “It’s not for long.”
“Well hurry up and get this heap moving already before I lose my nerve.”

I drove out to the beach quickly and parked the car. I helped him out and led him down onto the sand. I faced him towards the ocean and slowly started to remove the blindfold.
“I can smell the sea.” He said softly.
“Yeah.” I said. “Now keep your eyes shut until I tell you to open them.”

He nodded and I slipped the cloth off his face and pocketed it. He kept his eyes closed as promised.
“Okay.” I said. “You can open your eyes.”

He slowly opened his eyes and looked out over the ocean. The sun was behind us and it glinted off the small waves of the lagoon, making them sparkle.
“Oh.” He said. “Our beach. I should have known.”
He looked to his left and then to his right.

“What are we going to be doing out here?” He asked. “Oh, I know. Camping! What fun. I haven’t been camping in a . . !”
He turned and looked up towards the house and broke off. His jaw dropped and he gasped.
“Oh my God, Davey!” He whispered. “You finished it?”

“Actually, Kevin and Derek did.” I replied. “They were wonderful. I just told them what I wanted and . . well, there it is.”
He slowly walked up the beach towards the house. I followed silently.
“It’s . . oh Davey, it’s so beautiful.” He said softly.
“Well, you designed it so I expected nothing less.” I said.

Then he was rushing about like a maniac; running from room to room and then out onto the deck; exclaiming at everything. The airiness, the furniture and the décor.
Finally, he went out onto the deck again, leaned against the railing and looked out across the lagoon.
“It’s truly wonderful Davey.” He said. “And I’m glad you had it finished. I’ve been feeling so guilty about it. I promised you and I thought I’d failed you.”
“Well you didn’t.” I said. “It’s here, it’s beautiful and it’s all ours.”

He pulled me into his arms and kissed me.
“Now!” He said. “I wonder which room we should christen first? Ooh, I know; the bedroom!”
“Not so fast, lover.” I said. “We’ve got to unpack our bags and then we need to go and do a bit of shopping and then, only then can we relax.”
“Spoilsport!” He grinned.

And so we unpacked, we shopped and then we relaxed. We had a quiet leisurely lunch on a blanket by the pool and then we swam naked in the cool water. Later, we lay on the blanket together in the shade and dozed. It was a day to remember. All our worries, all the trials of the last few months were washed off us and we reveled in it.

As the sun was setting, I got up off the blanket and walked naked down the beach to the water’s edge. Lee came up behind me, wrapped his arms around me and rested his chin on my shoulder. I could feel his strong, lithe naked body pressed up against my back. We watched as the sun slowly sank towards the horizon. The cove took on an unreal, orange glow and I suddenly had an intense feeling of deja vu. Then I realized what it was.

It was the scene from my special place. That special place that I had escaped to when I had thought that Lee was gone forever. I was there, Lee was there and the beach was bathed in the orange glow that I had come to know so well in those dreadful days following the accident. It was my idea of heaven and here it was; I was living in it.

“Penny for your thoughts.” He whispered.
“I was just thinking about how this is what I imagined heaven would be like.” I said. “Just you and me alone on this beach.”
“It is heaven isn’t it.” He said softly. “Thank you for bringing me to it.”
“I love you, Lee.” I whispered. “More than anything in the world, I love you.”

“And I love you.” He sighed.
We were silent for a spell and then I turned in his arms and kissed him, my arms tight around him.
“Tell me that poem again.” I whispered. “I want to hear it now; right here.”

He took a long deep breath and then in a soft gentle voice he quoted:

"Take me to the sea when the moon above is bright.
We will sit and speak of love and hate, life and death.

And when at last the moon has dimmed its silver light,
And as the stars appear above, I will sigh and draw my breath.

And when the bright flash of green skips across the cold, dark sea,
I will tell you of my love and of all the things you are to me.

And like the sea and sand, the moon and sky, we shall never be apart.
For you, my love, will forever possess my body, my soul and my heart.

John Stevens, 1969."

There was a short silence.
“That has got to be one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever heard.” I whispered.
“That’s why I love it so.” He said. “It’s written from the heart.”
“That John Stevens really knew his stuff.” I said.
“He was killed, you know. In a car accident in 1971.” He said softly. “How’s that for irony?”

I thought about this for a moment and I thought about how lucky we’d both been. We’d survived when there were those who were unfortunate enough not to. I turned in his arms again and looked out over the bay.
“You know.” I began. “There are four small rules that I have come to live by. Do you want to hear what they are?”
“Of course.” He said.

“Okay.” I said. “Number one; expect the unexpected. Two; timing is everything. Number three; patience is a virtue and finally; true love conquers all. I try hard to live by them.”

“And I think you have succeeded.” He said. “As far as the first one goes, I can’t comment because it speaks for itself. The second? Well, I know about your timing first hand and I think you might have made a few miscalls on that one. You did make a few perfectly timed choices though. The last two however are what saved my life. Your patience was unending and if it wasn’t for your love, I wouldn’t be here today. When I was blinded, I think that deep down I gave up. But you came along and rescued me and I can never thank you enough for that.”

“Having you love me is enough.” I said.
We fell silent as we watched the sun sink a little lower.

I knew that we couldn’t predict the future. I knew that life probably had a screw ball or two to pitch at us; but I knew that we would slam them over the perimeter and score a home run every time. I also knew that we would be happy and we would love. It was what we were made for; to live, to love and to be loved. He nuzzled my neck and ran his hands down my body and cupped my genitals. He ground his pelvis against my butt and I felt his dick twitch in anticipation.

“Mmm!” I whispered. “That feels so good.”
“Now it’s your turn.” Lee said softly. “Tell me something nice.”
“Okay.” I began. “If this was a movie, say; and you and I were the main characters, I would like this to be the end of that movie.”

“But what about the rest of our lives.” He said with a small laugh. “We can’t end here. We have to go on, grow old together, live!”
“Yes, but that would be a sequel if one was ever made.” I said. “This is how I want this movie to end, right here, right now.”
“Okay, so tell me how it would go.”

“Well, the camera would be on one of those crane things, you know; that can rise and fall depending on the shot you wanted.” I said.
“Go on.”
“It would zoom out ever so slowly and we would be here where we are now, in semi-silhouette against the orange of the sand and water. As the camera zooms out, we would grow smaller and smaller until it looked like there was just one person standing on the beach.”
“Sounds lovely, go on.” He whispered.

“Well, that’s the point.” I said. “Like a metaphor. You know, two people becoming one? Just like we are one now.”
“I get it Davey, and it’s a beautiful thought.” He said. “What next?”

“Cue the music. Something melodic but haunting.” I said and I thought hard for a minute. “I know. That song on your CD; the one about a sunset.”
“Canadian Sunset?”
“Yes, that’s the one.” I continued. “But it must be an instrumental version.”

“Well, there’s a very nice one by Hugo Winterhalter and his orchestra. It’s old but it’s perfect I think. Haunting, just like you want.”
“I think I know it and you’re right, it would be perfect.” I said. “Anyway, the music would swell as the camera zoomed out.”

“And then?” He asked and kissed me on my neck. I had never been happier; standing on this beautiful beach, wrapped in the arms of the man I would love forever.
“Roll credits!” I said.

THE END.
